A seminar titled “Logical-Structural Approach in the Development of Local Development Projects” was held at the Vyhoda Narrow Gauge Railway Heritage Center.

The event was attended by community leaders, representatives, and experts in local and regional development. Participants learned to apply the logical-structural approach, analyzed problems, formed a goal tree, and exchanged experiences.

The trainer was Ivan Kulchytsky, project manager at the European Innovation Agency. He emphasized that the capacity of communities should be developed through a project-based approach, attracting funding, and enhancing communication with stakeholders.

Mykola Matsalak, the village head, outlined the challenges and prospects of the Vyhoda community, while Ihor Melnychuk, the executive director of the Carpathian OTG Development Agency, highlighted the importance of finance, people, and partnerships in today’s conditions.

Participants also became familiar with examples of successful projects implemented in the Vyhoda community.
